WELCOME TO FOCUSROBIN
The following Terms and Conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web store. This is what You can expect from us and what we expect from You. These terms and conditions can be adjusted from time to time.
1. GENERAL
You can shop our products through our web store. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@focusrobin.com for help.
All orders are processed through our secure Stripe payment gateway. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted.
All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the responsible institutions. FocusRobin reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
FocusRobin holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price, and stock changes.
You must be of legal age to shop or have a guardian confirming your order. Leave the guardian’s name and phone number at checkout if applicable.
2. DELIVERY
We strive to process and ship orders within 48 working hours and no longer than five business days. The order will be sent to the address provided during checkout. We operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
A confirmation email will be sent when your order is placed
Delivery Services:
- Lithuania: LP Express, Omniva, Venipak (1-3 working days)
- Latvia and Estonia: LP Express, Omniva, Venipak (2-4 working days)
- International Deliveries: DHL (2-6 working days)
Damaged goods shall be reported at the pickup point. If you notice damage after receiving the package, please contact us at support@focusrobin.com.
3. RETURN POLICY
Before returning items, you must contact support@focusrobin.com for return instructions. Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
Shipping charges for returns are at your expense unless the return is due to a product defect or FocusRobin’s error. You are responsible for the product until we receive it, so we recommend using a secure shipping method.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the
returned items.
4. WARNING
FocusRobin eyewear is not designed to protect the wearer from all injury in the event of impact with hard objects or if the lens is not properly secured in the frame. Our sunglasses are not recommended for driving at night, direct viewing of the sun, or industrial protection.
WARRANTY
All FocusRobin eyewear is warranted against material and workmanship defects for one year from the purchase date. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.
Warranty covers:
- Factory defects
- Manufacturing errors
- Fitting adjustments (contact us for assistance)
Warranty does not cover:
- Scratched lenses
- Improper use or care
- Exposure to harmful materials (chemicals, saltwater, sun lotion)
- Heat damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Lost or stolen items
- Accidental damage
6. IN-PERSON FITTINGS
While we operate primarily online, customers may visit our administrative office to verify size and try on models. This requires prior arrangement via email at support@focusrobin.com, as products must be retrieved from our warehouse before your visit.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority, or similar circumstances, FocusRobin will apply Force Majeure. This means these Terms & Conditions may not be fully performed. We will attempt to inform you if such circumstances arise.
